Here are some words from the people that count:

"This is a thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful job you are doing in looking after my mother. I especially noticed yesterday that in spite of how tired she was, how well she looked. In fact so much so, that we (the family) all agree she looks better now than she did a year ago. It's so good to know that she has settled in so well and despite her nearly 94 years, she does really like it there and very much enjoys the garden and outlook. Once again, thank you so much for looking after her so well."

"To all the staff (night & day), I'd like to name people, but that wouldn't be right. You were all so good to me and to the other patients. This was the first time I had even gone to a nursing home and it certainly opened my eyes, not a bit like I imagined. Please can I come again? They say a ship's crew is only as good as it's captain - Well done. PS. The chef makes lovely jam tarts!"

"We are writing to say thank you to you and all the nursing staff for looking after 'Dad' so well. We feel we were fortunate to find a home with you when it was most needed. It is well named. We have been to several nursing and care home and the standards that the Home of Compassion adopts are better, much better in some cases, than we have seen elsewhere. We frequently observe staff alongside people, just spending time talking to them and demonstrating their care. And we always feel welcome when we visit and are made comfortable. Once again our warmest and sincere thanks to you all."
